We collect information about you when you fill in an enquiry form, register with us as a member of the club or place an order for products or services. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions.

We collect information about you to follow up on enquiries placed in our contact form, to process your membership, manage your membership and, if you agree, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you.  Higher Level Performance will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside our business.

How long will we keep your information?

If you make an enquiry through our website, we will follow up and provided the information requested. We will follow up with a phone call at a later date. If after one month you do not become a member, we will delete your details and they will not be shared with anyone or used for marketing purposes.

If you become a member, we will retain your details only for such time that you are an active member. If you decide to cancel your membership, we will delete your details within one month of you notifying us of the cancellation.

 

Marketing

We would like to send you information about products and services of ours which may be of interest to you, such as new programmes either online or in-person. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out later. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please e-mail and you will be removed from our mailing list.
